...a "legends of SD" group would be sick, but what about a group consisting of 4-5 up-n-comers? It's a fact that there's a lot of unheard heat out here in the streets. Most dudes ain't got the connects, time, or $$$ to hop in a studio though. But if four dudes was to come together and get real serious with it it'd be a beautiful thing. This is something I been wanting to get crackin' for a while now, and I'm tired of sittin' on my ass and hands. Let's show these sleepin' mu'fuckas what San Diego can do. Holla.

It dont take connects to make a c.d.,and if they aint got time...it would be a waste cause you need someone who is gonna grind and promote....It does take money....but if they aint willing to invest in there career...thats what it is invest and get a bigger return down the line..then why would anyone else?....Some just dont realize that talent is lower on the priority pole when it comes to this game....and there is an endless supply of talent out there....Its everything you do outside of the recording thats gonna show and prove....
Ive thought about this alot.....Ive talked with rasan about this too....why is it that rappers dont wanna spend money to buy beats and record....they would rather have a lower quality recording and beats then to pay good money to have a good product...If i was rapper..best beleive Id haVE NO problem spending anywhere from $500 to $1500 on a beat..If you gonna make a demo just buy about 5 beats...or 14 for an album...If you dont have the confidence that you can get a deal...or put out a project...lets just say 14 beats at $1000 a pop....$14000...and Im sure you can find some cheaper or get a bulk rate.So If you dont feel you can sell 1400 c.ds to recoup at $10 a c.d. then you have a work ethic problem...or you aint cut out for this game...If you aint got the money save and..it may take longer..but why even bother if you aint gonna do it right?...just making it harder on those that are doing it right

I'm sayin' though...a lot of dudes out here are in fact on they grind and gettin' shit done. But to be straight up and blunt, about 95% of them ain't goin' anywhere and never will. It's cold but it's the truth. What I'm tryna do is to get 2-3 other dudes who are tired of fuckin' around to come together and do the damn thing. If all of us combine our assets together we can't be denied :devious:

yeah it makes sense for people with limited resouces to come together,but we cant all come together.....Thats like that pot of gumbo cooking and all the different ingrediants taste really good,but add some chitterlings to that pot...now it all tastes like shit......unless you put some hot sauce on it then its good as fuck..haha..
