I had:

Etch a sketch
Nerf Ball
Uno
Optimus Prime
Pictionary
Super Soaker
Game Boy
Mortal Combat for Genesis

But I don’t think I got any of them for chistmas the year they were that popular – maybe as a gift at some other time. You don't really get a kid a squirt gun in late decemeber in WI.

I had Ninja Turtles, super soaker, transformers, and board games like Monopoly, Stratego, and Battleship.

We also had BLOCKS! That's right...old wooden ass blocks that we had to be fuckin' creative with...and figure out how to build some shit without the blocks falling over.

Never had a nintendo or Sega...but I had an Atari 7800 and a Turbo Grafx 16.

We weren't allowed to spend all of our time in the house with video games though...our parents used to tell us to go play and lock the doors. We drank out of the hose, we dug holes with sticks, played cops and robbers and hide-and-go-seek. Baseball, basketball, freeze tag, all that shit. I feel bad for the young fucks that aren't creative because all they do is sit inside and play video games.
