Just picked up 50's new cd... I didn't think I'd like it and well, I don't. Only tight tracks on here is "Don't Push Me" and "Poor Lil Rich". Here's a question, if 50's so fuckin' "real", why am I likin' a full blown "Bling bling" track?

Well I might have jumped the gun on 50 cent. I listened to that full album again.. Dude can rap. He's got a great flow that reminds me of biggie. Not sayin' he sounds like biggie but big had this way of rappin' that made you think he was on the phone with you or something, like you could walk up to him on the street and ask him a question and he'd answer it with 14 rhyming sentences and not even think twice about it.

I also feel you guys on the '50 cent is real' tip. I dig the "If I don't rap I could just make dough sellin' drugs" attitude of it... I'll give it a few spins before I say it flat out sucks but so far it's not too bad, not exceptionally good either.

And Lejo, if Wanksta is the only track you heard then you should check out more shit. Download "Back Down"... It's a track about Ja Rule from what I'm told. Pretty tight.

The CD is tight. HIS older shit was better but everything declines once you get a record deal. I just think that if Eminem goes more mainstream like with " The real slim shady", then 50 will follow. Lets just hope that doesnt happin.

A lot of the time the production is so out of whack you can hardly hear him over the beats.

Am I the only one who noticed this? It's like you hear 'em but it's just kinda that low hum. Like the part where he says "I'm into havin' sex, not into makin' love" on In da Club... The whole first line sounds like "mmmmmmmmmmn havin sex not into makin' love", and before anyone shoots their freakin' load, I understand his style and know he got shot in the face and all but Dre needs to get off his fuckin' high horse and turn his shit down once and a while.

I'm really feeling that 50 Cent big tyme...

I like his flow, and his "I dont give a fuck" attitude! That is the type of shit that I can dig, and the fact that he cant sing but chooses to do his own hooks in sort of a horrible singing style is what's tight because he's innovative and on his own shit, and that I can respect to the fullest.

I am feeling: P.I.M.P., Like my style, Patiently waiting & Many men, but I still ride to the others...

Today I found out that I'll be meeting that cat before the show in Kansas City and doing an interview with him for our school, and I am seriously going to see what his opinion is on Tech. I want him to listen to that shit for a while then let me know what he thinks and if he knows of Tech. And also explain his F.T.I. campaign and what he thinks of that, I know he doesn't care about file sharing but I want his input on the movement...

My quote of the month!!!!!
"Dont act like yall dont know where we be at neither?" Ha, ha, ha...

I was a big "FUCK YOU" as far as 50 cent goes... I'm feelin' his hooks though. I love that singin' shit he does and all the real kats out there know I wasn't into that shit. All I know is "Murda... murda murda!!!" Yeeeeefuckin'hah. I love his hooks and I'm not too down with his message.

BTW, I don't know who came up with the "Heat" beat, but back when I was like 12 years old, I did one of those metal to metal gun click tracks, only I did it on MTV Music generator with the sample adapter, and it was a "Clip Click boom" track... I thought it was stupid then but I'm fuckin retarded now that I didn't make it a verifiable track.

Boo for me.
