WE NEED A NEW FRONT OFFICE CAUSE NO GOOD PRES AND GM WOULD HAVE STUCK US WIT A LAME DUCK COACH LIKE ERICKSON... HE SUCKS. I'M GLAD WE GOT RID OF GARCIA, HE WAS NEVER RIGHT FOR US... WE NEED TO GET A GOOD YOUNG PROSPECT FOR QB TO START IN A FEW YEARS... NONE OF THE GUYS WE GOT MAKE THE CUT. RATTAY IS AT BEST THE STARTER FOR ONE YEAR... WE GOT A LOT OF HOLES, NO ONE POSITIION WILL MAKE US A PLAY OFF WORTHY TEAM. I HATED TO SEE HEARST GO, HE'S A CLASS ACT, BUT THE RUNNING BACK BY COMMITTEE IS NOT THE ANSWER. BARLOW DESERVES A CHANCE TO PUT UP OR SHUT UP, AND HEARST CAN START FOR ANOTHER TEAM... WE NEED A STRONG WIDE OUT FRESH OUT OF COLLEGE TOO. WE PRETTY FUCKED FOR RIGHT NOW. FUCK DONAHUE AND YORK... THEY SUCK..

York is a punk bitch.

the Niners greatest need is a QB. Rattay is garbage.... they need to start getting Dorsey sum exposure bcuz he has a hell of a lot more potential than Rattay.

Yes we have some question marks and Yes York sucks! But Terry Donahue is only going by the orders given to him from York (Remember Terry is Walsh's man and excellent on draft day). I do agree with what the team is doing and has to do although it hurts to see players go but fun to see the new stars develop. I dont think Rattay sucks at all and I do think that Dorsey needs a year or 2 before he is thrown to the wolves! Rattay will impress ya'll trust me. The biggest concern for me though is our offensive line. We need more veteran dept and releasing Deese and Stone can easily bite us in the ass later in the season. Rattay is a pocket passer and will need protection in order to dominate but he can throw the accurate deep ball and he can find the open man. 2005 and 2006 we will be under the cap by $20 million or more because what we did this off season. It was time to get rid of the old and develop the new! Wait untill the draft and pre season starts before counting the Niners out. We will be alright and I will still be at every game to represent my team regaurdless! Right now with a young team look for our defense to become the strengths of this team with new and young players through the draft or free agency.

Rattay will only impress if he's given protection. Your team lost two offensive lineman. Rattay is not mobile at all. No Hearst for the blitz pick ups?

Tone then lets hope York sells the team.
The team has gone downhill ever since he bought the team, just ask DeBartolo.

Rattay will do ok, won't be better than Garcia but he'll hang in there while Dorsey developes. Dorsey's the future.

Tony,
I think the O-line played better without both Deese and Stone starting.

DORSEY IS FAR FROM THE FUTURE. NEITHER HE AND RATTAY ARE MOBILE ENOUGH FOR THE QUICKNESS OF THE NFL. LINEBACKERS ARE ALOT FASTER AND SO ARE D-LINEMAN... WE NEED SOLID PROTECTION FOR WHOEVER THE QB WILL BE. AT LEAST GARCIA WAS MOBILE. RATTAY WON'T STAND UP TO A WHOLE YEAR OF THE BLITZ UNLESS HE HAS A QUICK RELEASE. DORSEY IS PAPER THIN AND I'M NOT A BELEIVER. THIS IS NOT THE MIAMI HURRICANES WITH SANTANA MOSS AND EDGERIN JAMES, OR ANY OF THE OTHER STAR PLAYERS HE PLAYED WITH. HE WAS GREAT MANAGING THE BALLGAMES WIT TALENT LIKE HE HAD AROUND HIM. WE'LL SEE HOW THAT TRANSLATES IN THE BIG LEAGUES. LAST MIAMI QB WE HAD WAS GINO TORETTA AND HE SUCKED.. THIS IS THE 49ERS IN A SERIOUS REBUILDING PERIOD. HE BETTER HOPE BARLOW STEPS UP, AND I BELEIVE OUT OF ALL THE PLAYERS, HE HAS THE BEST CHANCE TO SUCCEED. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE BRANDON LLOYD BLOSSOM, BUT HE LOOKS MORE LIKE A 3RD RECEIVER THAN A EVERY DOWN RECEIVER. NO O- LINE, NO SOLID RECEIVING CORP, NO COMPLETE ANSWER AT QB MEANS A LONG SEASON, BUT KEEP OUR HEADS UP FOR ALL THE TRUE BLUE FANS SUCH AS MY SELF... NEVER BEEN A BANDWAGON MAN, AND WON'T START NOW... TIL THE WHEELS FALL OFF....

Niners need another CB. And about 4 more WRs. And 3 more OL. And another DT. And another Safety. And a holder for PAT's. And a good return man. And a punter. And a Kicker. And a new GM and Owner.

lol! But you are cool with Erickson?
I'm not personally cool with having a Miami guy be the coach(you know it's FSU on mine), but he has to be given at least a chance to do something. I'm not calling for his job right away, cause honestly, look what he's working with. I wasn't terribly upset with his coaching decisions last year, and I can't say the same about Mooch even though I liked the guy.
