My Ghetto Report Card is supposed to be dropping on March 14th so I'm curious as to what kind of marketing/promotion has been done for the album so far. Of course the video is out, but are there ads placed in magazines yet? Has anyone seen any snipes, bus benches, etc... for the album? Are there commercials running?

The only thing the BME website's E-40 section has is a small portion of a larger bio/press release that was used to promote Grit & Grind. Seems strange.

If there is a bunch of promo out there I apologize. I just haven't seen any of it or heard anyone mention it.

It is nice to see that 40 is right there at the forefront when you go to mtv2.com, but I'm curious about what's out there besides the video though.

thats a good question and im hopeing they do but i have been stickin to my guns i still dont think they are gonna promote it like they do with other lil jon projects and artists i dont see them putting millions behind it and making 40 a priority im glad hes gettin the mtv2 plug but shit any other artist that came under the wing of lil jon got plush treatment and sold very well they got the trl the 106 and park the radio spins nationally the heavy promo everything was out there big from the lil scrappy to the trillville to the compilations he put out to his live mtv concerts with all his artist on hard rock live on mtv i hope im wrong but this is something i have been noticing pz

I don't think in label would not promote this shit....if they're smart this time around they'll know it's a gold mind out here once this shit jumps off.

THE BAY NEEDS TO KEEP MOVIN ALL THE ARTIST KNOWN ARTIST,INDEPENDENT ARTIST ECT.JUST KEEP FLOODING THE MARKET FUCK LIL JON ITS COOL HE IS HELPING 40 BUT I AGREE HE NEEDS MORE PROMO ITS FEBUARY TOMMOROW THAT LEAVES A MONTH AND A HALF TO PROMOTE THIS TO THE NATION BUT BAY FANS NEED TO GET BEHIND EVERY ARTIST OUT HERE EVEN IF YOU DONT LIKE THE PARTICULAR ARTIST.

I sure hope they give 40 the necessary promo for this album, either way peole in the Bay gotta buy it LEGITIMATELY not on bootleg like we always do....

The video looked like it cost more than a bucket of chicken to make. They broke off some change for the video, I don't see why they wouldn't do it for promotion.
