I think people focus on your samples so much that they overlook the drums you be usin. Ur samples do go hella hard, and by no means am i calling you unoriginal...but ovbiously there are lots of other producers using 80's and other samples that are similar to ones you use... But i think whats sets you a step ahead of thr rest is that your drums always hit hella hard, even if its a slower tempo more downbeat song ur drums always sound deep and rich. Your kicks esp. are crazy, cuz they got that initial punch and deep bass, but also work in those fast rapid spurts. I also like how you dont rely on a hihat pattern to get the rhythm too much, that allows you to be more creative with everything else...
