40 and Short - "The History Channel"

With the current "mainstream" success of both 40 and Short, will we finally see this album released? It would seem to be a good time to piggyback their current popularity and finally put this album out. The only thing i could think stopping it would be the record labels with 40 on Warner and I think short still on Jive.

BTW Short was on Power 106 here in LA this morning with Big Boy

Jive owns it as far as I know, so I could definitely see them pressing it up and shoving it out there with no promotion - as is its worthless to them, they aren't making any money offf an album collecting dust. Wouldnt suprise me if theyd been holdin on to it all this time just waitin for 40s and shorts stock to go up.

i haved lost all hope for this album, i remember hearing about it coming out like 4-5 years ago. if it comes out that will be a first day it comes out purchase for sure.
