Anything and everything in SF is a hop skip and a jump away....BTW are you gonna train professionally or just to better yourself physically?

better myself physically, but after i get going on that, i dont know, i might think about pursuing actually getting in the ring.......your from sac psydal, i use to train at primetime on del paso........they were more focused just on training and getting in better shape, this third st. seems more focused on the boxing part of it.........but im okay with that. for now, i just want to focus on getting really in shape, and from my little experiences at primetime, aint no workout like a boxer workout

Yea SF is pretty small. I heard it was 7x7 the other day. MUNI sucks but u get used to it. It sucks even more during bad hours (during the night mainly).

The gym is right near the giants stadium it looks like.

Oh my bad. I was at the golden gloves on saturday, a lotta ppl said 3rd st was the last one left. Maybe that was just cuz it was the only one that participated in the golden gloves
Maybe because the places I've listed were not ONLY boxing gyms and 3rd Street is. The places I listed are well known in the mixed martial arts community but they each have boxing, as well as other arts. For example, Fairtex is well known for their Muay Thai and it's one of the best in the world and probably the nest in the U.S. Ralph Gracie focuses on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and his family were the creators of the UFC but they have a boxing ring and a cage, as well as a boxing instructor.

A few days ago I passed right by primetime funny how you mentioned it. The place Im going to downtown Sac has a combination of everything boxing, wrestling, muay thai, jui jitsu, and has a nice size weight lifting station. Ive cardio trained with a few semi famous fighters and seeing them roll kind gives me that movitvated feeling, but im just doing it to shed some excess baggage. I only go once a week but the workout itself, i still feel sore the very next week....
