hmmmm....its hard to say due to the fact not really sure if i had a feature for a artist out here lets say the most common jacka? would i really make my money double with a feature from him??? its all about money and being able to grow as an artist and being able to continue on with your career honestly if a feature is not going to help my sales or my buzz in a longevity format then i would rather forget a feature unless it was just to hop on a track

I don't think its really worth it anymore. Before the internet boom it was. I bought tons of shitty cds that had an e40 feature. Now I just wait for lesbianyayo to download it and burn it for me

Even if you had a Lil Wayne feature nobodys gonna buy someone's album that they're not already a fan of anymore. Selling records aside tho nothing wrong with having some good rappers on you're cd that you wanna work with and I reccon you'd have to pay them to do that

I personally don't want to see any pop artists on rap songs at this moment in history
Hmm..really?

Edit: San Quinn still raps?

And if I was doin music and thinking of paying someone in the grand scheme of things, Drake's name is the biggest right now ..the only thing gettin niggaz ON right now is the halfway R&B Autotune Drake style.

If it was just for songs i'd like to you...well shit I grew up under my uncles listenin to you(Tay) an C-Bo an the Mob Figaz so that's the type'a shit I still listen to.

Eh, some niggaz just know each other from how ever they might know each other. Like my brother an them make music, V-Nasty is my lil cousin, she's on a couple songs. Jynx(from Go Dav and Try - The Jacka and Ampichino) is my nigga so he's on some shit...can't really be mad about shit like that..

Edit: Oh an before you start thinkin, based on the V-Nasty thing, I'm black not white.

Thank you!!!!! And to be perfectly honest, there are a whole lot of $100 to $200 rappers out there right now. And the price can go even lower. A lot are charging based on their hey day & that is failing from album sales their featured on.

Consider your rap career somewhat like the car business. You are not consistent with hits within the game, your price range drops by the year. You can paint a picture of yourself on how tight your are & what you've done, it's well taken, but again, if your not consistent with "hits" your price goes lower.

That would be like Young MC charging $3500 for a verse because he had that one hit in the 80's. If that was to be true some of you would think he's full of it... welcome to what it looks like from the outside in.
