Thats a good question. My guess, is yes. Each head must have a brain, eyes, mouth etc.

So, if the right head sees a grasshopper, the left is thinking about jumping in the pond and the middle head just wants to chill, what the fuck happens? Plus, as a whole it's got 6 legs...so does each head control two legs, or is it more fucked up, like one head has power over 5 and one other head controls only one? And how did the motherfucker get so big? It looks like it's well grone, so that means it has been eating...man, so many questions.
