i'm not sure which version ur talkin about. The original one sampled 5 minutes of funk. I cant remember the artist name though. Limewire that shit under title and i'm sure it'll come up.

its actually not sampled.
its all replayed.

& i believe its NOT QD3, i believe it was Jonny j that made the beat, but i could be completely wrong.

As it was used from the non maker of the original than it as been sampled, can't get any clearer than that for the definition

sounds like he sampled both" 5 minutes" and "Rumors" and just blended them together.

Sometimes it sounds gay and karaoke-ish when people re-do a beat vs. sampling it. This one sounds pretty good though.
