I'm sure alot of cats would take difference not only with your "Pac's not even top 10 statement, but your list, too. I know it's just your opinion and all, so no big deal, but that first statement was bold an your list wasn't really backing it up.

the rap world had never seen or felt the effect that "hit em up" had on the game. I heard Biggie say himself that when he road down the streets of New York he heard niggaz bumping it all out of there cars.
