It's been 17 years...

It was at least somewhat justifiable to believe this when they were releasing his unreleased material, though even then it became obvious after Still I Rise that they were running out of material, on the next two they had tracks I am sure he would never have approved of, and the less said about Loyal To The Game and Pac's Life, the better.

But it's been 17 years and there has been no "new" release in 7 years, so even that justification is not valid anymore...

UMMmm... this is bullshit. The make up in this video was for a movie titled, "Bullet" where he starred with Mickey Rorke.
