my mom thinks he could be alive , all he needed was a doctor to sign a death certific(sp?) . after the first time he got shot he was talkin about goin "underground" . but really who cares ?
People always go on witness protection shit if people are out to kill them, so theres a possibility hes alive but hes still dead to everyone regardless
