206 Hop - New NW Rap Store in Downtown Seattle

I have seen posters on telephone polls all over town for something called "206 Hop." It says it's a store selling "exclusively NW hip-hop albums & gear" in downtown Seattle, opening August 1. They did not give an address. Does anybody know anything about this store, what they got, and most importantly, THE ADDRESS?????

I'll check it out on my day off and let everybody know what's there, how it compares to ARS, old Millenium, Budget, Famm, Easy Street, Cellophane Square etc.
