2 Versions of Gangsta Dre - Gang Banging Poetry: The Sequel ??

I just noticed toady that Gangsta Dre Gang Banging Poetry The Sequel has 2 versions!?!
One album has a silver disc with red printing on it and has a total of 14 tracks on it.
The other album has a white disc with black printing on it and has a total of 15 tracks.
Which one was released first or is more rare than the other???

Both of these are recent reissues.

GBP: The Sequel was originally released in '96 on Funk Central Records.

Are you sure that's the OG? I've seen 1, where he's driving in a car on the back shot.
