1. neptunes sold a beat to nas for 2mil...there was a track floating around the industry and there was a bidding war for the beat...suposidly gonna change hiphop and nas got it for ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS. THIS TRUE? THATS AN EXPENSIVE BEAT!

this second one is funny so im sure its fake but it wouldnr surprise me...
2. game now has a tattoo on his cheak of a butterfly and flower...called his rebirth?

I heard about that beat as well. Supposedly Nas and P Diddy were in an all out bidding war for it. Other people in the industry (Busta) that have heard the beat say it is worth the money.

I can already predict what that shit is going to sound like...a basic ass drum loop, a high pitched synth flute sound and a gay ass cowbell sprinkled all over the track. as for a 2 mil beat... got dayum, I don't even really be liking a lot of the shit the Neptunes come out with, and 2 mil for a beat... that's just ridiculous.

At the end of June there was a rumor that Nas paid $2 million for a Neptunes beat after a bidding war between himself and P Diddy.

Busta Rhymes, who had no part in the supposed deal, was apparently quoted as saying "Ah shit, thats the craziest beat, I ever heard! Those drums man, Those drums are fire! If Nas is gonna rap to this beat, its going to be over. This will be the biggest hit in the history of hiphop!"

StreetHop.com refrained from posting the news as we usually prefer to let false rumors die down on their own accord instead of giving attention to the people that start such lies. However it seems the rumor has been circulating the Internet again and we’ve been getting a ton of emails asking when the song would come out and if it was the 50 Cent diss.

Let us set the record straight once and for all. StreetHop.com spoke with Columbia when the rumor first hit, and Nas did not pay $2 million for a beat, the story is totally false. The Busta Rhymes quote is false; someone made it all up. So stop emailing in and posting your false Nas "scoops."

i believe that the beat is true. as far as the rumor of game.... i think its false.

wether it cost the guy 2 million, wether it cost him 2 pennys, i garuantee ill be sick of this shit the second time i hear it on the radio or mtv...for that much hype and for ti to come form who it came from, ican almost preditc this song to be played on average twice a hour everyday...its proabably some more thrills let get blown and love each other mainstream garbage played out bullshit the neptunes always shit out.

Too many folks claim how simple it is to make a Neptunes beats and how wack they are. If they are so simple, why don't you get up on your ass and make a simple beat like that and make it a hit.
