Well Cable's contract is up after this season, how long of an extension will he get. I'd say another 2 years with an option for a 3rd.

it all depends how we finish out the season, even if we don't make the playoffs as long as we make a strong push and put up a fight then he will be good. I think in order to create a winning team you need stability and by constantly bringing in new coaches will not help us, we need to keep the players happy and keep them here as well which means signing Seymour as well.

I would say at least 8 wins he's should be safe.... 9 wins and a shot at the playoffs he's definitely safe. I'll admit, I've been tough on Cable but he has us playing hard. I haven't seen the Raiders look this good since I've been a fan.
