She didnt let the kid do anything. He did it while she was in the restroom. Ya true she left the vaccum out but I dont think she thought, "well im going to the bathroom and im going to leave this vaccum out that I know can cause 2nd degree burns" Ya true the kid could have got injuried in another way by turning it on but not like that. The only comparible thing would be if it sucked at his eyes or something.
