A little update on what ive been learning so far, the first 3 weeks in my art school getting a degree in graphics design.
We started out with Adobe InDesign. Learning production print techniques. The ins and outs of InDesign and basic skills on how to use the program have been taught to us. We completed quite a few layout projects then finally we got introduced to Adobe Illustrator. For the past week we have been learning Illustrator and how to use the different tools.
Tonight I had a project using the pen tool. We had to pick an image and then draw it only using the pen tool and nothing else. Its basically teaching us how to make curves and lines with the pen. Here is what I made....
Keep in mind I have never used the pen tool in any applications, so this is all new to me. Tell me what you think?
