Ugly Nigga continues to make his bid as one of the NEW up an coming Hip Hop artists on the Bay Area landscape. With his manfacturing arsenal of flyers, posters, t-shirts, cd duplication and distribution he is set for mass marketing on a promising level.

"She 's A Killer" was made with the intention of showing that an Oakland rapper doesn't have to make...hood songs...pussy songs with auto tune choruses...which seems to dominate the radio at the moment...I went the Sean Paul, Akon, Baby Bash route...I believe there is a bigger market there...let's see where that get's me...thanks Indecent the Slapmaster for hooking me up with a smackin ass beat.

For the 6 people that said Ugly Nigga will succeed...thanks for the vote of confidence...I can't wait to do my second song.

For the 2 people who said there was not enough info to give an opinion on my success or failure I will continue to put it down in hopes of winning your favor.

For the 27 people who said Ugly Nigga will fail...you motivate me...I laugh everytime I run across your contrary thoughts and opinions...without you the journey would not be near as sweet...but in the end I will still strive to make music that you can enjoy as well.

Thanks to 106.1 KMEL for giving us local artists a platform to show and prove our creativity.

Well...it is now apparent that Ugly Nigga's success is an unwanted factor in this Bay Area music equation...let's give him the chance to speak on it.

Ugly Nigga: Yeah lmao...I have finally come to the conclusion that as a business man artists will do business with me but when it comes to me rapping...they aint tryna see it.

Question: Do you think they are hating on you?

Ugly Nigga: At first I thought that but now I think it's more of they are just ignoring me...kinda hoping I go away...but still need me for certain things.

Question: Hows your single "She 's A Killer" coming along?

Ugly Nigga: Pretty good...I look to schedule 14 shows by the end of the year...we have already done 2 of the 14...all the rosters are full to the 3rd show...so the income has been steady.

Question: Your now on the KMEL Home Turf radio?

Ugly Nigga: I'm on the web site with "She 's A Killer" right under Lock Smith and Too Short.

Question: What is your short term goal?

Ugly Nigga: To be considered as one of the artists that factor in on the Bay Area music scene like E-40, Short, Yuk, Livewire, Mobb Figgaz, etc.

Question: What do you think your chances are on achieving that goal?

Ugly Nigga: I have a ligitimate shot...I do everthing well...most importantly I call my own shots, I put myself on...it feels good to be on that KMEL site but I got more to come...just stay tuned...they won't shut me out.

Question: What's next?

Ugly Nigga: I'm looking to further my radio presence...run a radio campaign that will pay certainly off fast. It will boost my shows to a new level...I already know how to make money where I'm at...after this I see my stature rising...I'm excited.

Question: Any last thoughts?

Ugly Nigga: Yeah...I might go back to what first got me famous, release a couple of text raps before I make the next real song...give my old fans that throw back love. Come check me out Friday May 27th @ The Coyote Night Club in Morgan Hill.

Thanks for this moment of clarity...Ugly Nigga...I Put That On My Life.
