you know what...i am going through withdraws..shakin in the morning....hella of bad..sweating all through out the day...my pops and my bro drinks..my pops drank about 15 beers a day when he gets home from workkk..bro puts down a 5th of fucken takaa vodka and a 30 pack every single day.....so its hard lookin at all that alcohol i feel like going crazy in side......ive been drankin a gallon of water...started out walking for about 20mins i know it aint shit but still doing it......but yea i can feel my self losing weight already to...and my stomach aint hurting every morning when i wake up....in the end this might of been a good thing for me.....people think its funny how i change so quick..but its for myself and my daughter so she has a father when she grows up....i wanna be able to do the things my parents did with me...not all fucked up at home and druhk.....6 yrs ive been dranking everyday...thats 2190 days of drunkness....im only 23....and im not a person who drinks like 5 or 6 beers and a couple of shots..im a person who drank a 5th everyday...and a couple of 40s...even when i only had 6 dollars i would take my ass to the store and get a bottle of christan brothers.....or ej some cheap shit......like i said though my body feels alot fucken better.....the only problem i still got is my eating habits and my sleeping habits
I'm at almost two months without a drink. I was downing a half gallon of whiskey a day had to go to the ER when I stopped because the withdrawel were so bad. I was shaking sweating hallucinating and could barely walk. They wouldn't let me leave the hospital for five days. They woke me up every three hours to give me benzos and I had a twelve day librium (another benzo) taper when I got out of the hospital followed by a few weeks of tegretol, an anti convulsant, to prevent seziures.

Take some vitamins called MILK THISTLE they help reconstruct your liver.
Stop drinking for a while and the good part of your liver will take over your bad side. When people have liver transplant they only take a lil chunk and that piece of liver will heal the rest.

The same goes for people that smoke cigarattes.
even though their lungs its all black from the smoke....if you actually stop smoking after 6months it starts healing.

artistic its something when u drink a 5th of half gallon of liquer everyday for 6 yrs straight.....ive been having panic attacks from not drinking like every fucken day.....besides the last 2...its gettin better day by day and now im jogging every day now...i aint going to lie my body feels better and better
How you doin xloc? If you're still having anxiety and don't have good insurance taking benedryl actually helps a bit. If you had insurance and went to a doc they'd give you hydroxazine which is slightly pharmacologically different antihistamine. If they're real panic attacks they'll probably give you clonopin.
By the way I'm not trying to be preachy about this shit. I got to ethical issue with drinkng and I've had some great times drunk. I was a happy drunk for the past twelve years but that shit was a full time job, and I'm writing my dissertation and working in the lab too much do be a professional drunk these days. Shits just not for me anymore. I'll still put one in the air or pop some benzos though.
