What do you guys think about this? Does anyone here even use analog tv?

For those that dont know, in 2009, all television will be broadcasted digitally. That means, if you watch local channels with your antennae, you're SOL. All you're gonna get is the white fuzz.

I personally don't give a shit cuz I dont watch analog, but I know 30 million people in the country do.

from what i was told.. this is bullshit, there is no actual date for this to happen, its just talks. And even then.. the cable company aka your provider has to provide you with whatever you need to make your stuff work.

i'm watchin the news right now and they said you dont need to do anything if u have digital cable..then shows hella new tv's in best buy and say you have to upgrade your tv.

its not about digital vs analog. Its that all broadcasts are going to be in HD. Non HD compatible tvs will need a converter
