gatdammit!!...lol does you your media player look like A) or B) or even better....go to the start menu at the VERY bottom left of the screen...click it...go to "computer"...RIGHT CLICK....go all the way down to "properties"...left click that and it should tell you what operationg...

There are some recycles on there... what version of windows/linux do you have?... I know the files are .m4a maybe you can get a converter?....or see if you have that box checked(if applicacable) maybe I can try to upload it via a different site.
