You missed my point.. I'm implying George knew that, therefore should have listened to the dispatcher because he saw no crime being committed. Was he following the kid just in case he was on his way to commit a crime? He had already called the cops.. He had done his neighborhood watch duties..

In this case because the kid didnt do anything... As far as he knew George could have been trying to kill or kidnap him.. It's not like George said "hey, I'm neighborhood watch. I'm just scanning the neighborhood".. I'm sure that would have helped the situation in all honesty... At least...
