Im running it off a pc(p4). First is there a way for my computer sounds to come out of the digi001? Also I want to be able to start and stop the mpc 2000 and protools in sync using midi but i cant figure it out. when i try it starts than it jumps than begans to record. What steps do i take?

When recording on cakewalk once i hit about the third track i get a poping sound like a type of distortion or feedback even if the stuff coming in is not peaking. What could be the problem?
