i have hit a 2rm of 117.5kg and a 3rm of 115kg. that was 6 weeks ago. re testing this week hoping to hit 125 if im feeling good.
hit 105 for 3 sets of 6 last week.
i think this is the feeling i chase everytime i take preworkout. that unconscious feeling of urgency in whatever you are doing.
was it a focused urgency or was your brain all over the place? i remember i tried some other preworkout and i had insane energy and urgency but could not focus on...
