if electronic cars are so great and the infrastructure to support them is growing enough then gas powered car will phase out by becoming obsolete and undesirable so i don't really see the point in banning them unless there's financial incentive somewhere along the line. and what about cars from out of state? and semi-trucks delivering goods into the state? are they exempt or what?
