look i ain't disputing shit on the internet that's your move... i'm just putting it out there bro so if anyone didn't know they know and can save their $ and go to his moms IG im not even on social media i came on here bc i thought it was a troubling issue.. clearly the situation is shady in his circle i got my answer, i didn't know know i know...
"The only person selling jacka merch legitimately is his mother."- i bought a hoodie that looked like a piece of art to me, i don't fuck wit cookies, all the info about hitting his mom etc on IG cool now that info is out there so maybe she might get papered out by one single extra person bc of this.
as far as the movie i live in to dude who asked a dude that takes a pop shot at someone cuz they said they broke at a time for no reason is a pretty insecure person, if you reading what i'm writing i don't care about the $ and i'm not crying over the shit and im not going to no fucking internet cops as you suggest.
the thing that rubs me the wrongest is if they stealing from his family and it is readily available knowledge as well as maybe jacking fools on the site with real or fake or whatever cookies gear, as someone said thats very fucking bad business for that brand... you would think berner would want to throw some of his unlimited $ at it to help fam out. hard 2 to put a price on what the jack did for berner, and now you already know he prob wasn't taken care of how he should've been.
but it's capitalism. and a big part of that is managing image. It just makes berner cookies and their management look 10000% bitch made to me that they can't squash this weasel or don't care to.
and yes i would expect it to go to if not the top close to the top with all the paperwork, they embarrassing their brand and reputation, and everyone is getting screwed. i don't think philthy rich, double R, diggs or dubee, would let this slide... do you?

if anyone got the sense that i'm emotional over this it's quite simply i feel bad for dudes fam thats all given what i learnt thanks for the info... crying over a 100 bucks no it just meant something to me at the time and sure call me a mark your right since i wont go to internet merch police... i don't care enough to do that and it doesn't accomplish what i was hoping too which was get some answers out there. 100 bucks is a lot of $ to some people and it was very much for me then. but when im broke i try not to investigate and dig into all this extra shit to make sure I know the inside scoop i try and bounce back it seemed legit the site it was a scam game over. Try hitting PK bro. I ordered a tee last June and didn't get anything for a minute. Shot him an email and told him what's up, not even knowing if he was involved in the website. He said the shirt I ordered never released and sent me options of replacement tees and even offered to just refund my money. I chose another tee and got it like a month later. Previous to that, I had no problems with 3 other purchases I made. Worth a try.
Like OP, I was certain thejacka.com was a legit website (been around since Jack Artist snippet days) and the proceeds went to the estate. As far as what is being said in regards to PK, that I can't confirm since I'm not in the mix of Bay politics. Just giving OP a suggestion if he wants to try to salvage that bill he put up for the hoody.
