Just put in the paperwork to withdrawal from the school I started last month. This school is great for somebody who is already a subject matter expert, but just wants the piece of paper that says Bachelor's Degree, but for people who are new to the subject and need to learn it, the school is fucking trash. It's 100% self taught and even the "instructors" that are supposed to be there to help you don't actually help you. My last straw was for the 3rd time already I email asking for help, they take 2 days to get back and I just get told to "look at the material". The problem is the material doesn't translate to the actual third party certifications or to the performance assessments lol
I went on their subreddit to see if anyone else is having the same problems with these classes and just like me the people new to the material are lost as fuck.
If i'm gonna 100% self teach with zero support I can learn programming languages for free. These classes that are a pain in the ass that have nothing to do with programming languages that I don't care about and are just in the way that I can't even get help on can fuck off.
I wanted that piece of paper that says Bachelor's Degree myself, but it ain't worth it at this rate. I'll just self teach python and make my own portfolio then learn some other languages after I master python.
Fuck off idiot WGU.
