Stagnant weight loss past few days, only thing that changed was adding in 1 hour extra cardio (cycling)

water retention?
yeah shits weird... sometimes its steady and very predictable then for whatever reason you can just not see a change for a week or two, then have a sudden drop off. it'll all even out. try not to go day to day maybe week to week. i used to weigh myself every three days.

also youve just had a major stressful event happen to you, your cortisol and such could be up and that definitely effects things

so what did u think of the 1st season
i liked it. i thought the prison episodes were pretty cool. i kept laughing every time he'd get "caught" then just immediately bribe a whole squad or police force lol. i hate that shady 'sol' guy who wants to be president
I hope everything is okay.
yeah i dont know whats going on... i ache so bad everywhere its insane. i have the worst migraine and whenever i cough its like being hit in the head with a brick and it starts throbbing. probably the excitement from all of the snow and shoveling and walking around in the freezing wet weather caught up to me finally. ive been taking advil and tylenol and it helps for like an hour at a time. Thanks for your concern
