THAT LOOK WHEN YOU JUST BEEN CAUGHT WITH CONTRABAND WHILE TURNING YOURSELF IN FOR YOUR JAIL BID

CONTRABAND WAS A SEX TOY

LULZ

Juan Aurelio Montiel, 39, was turning himself into jail for a work-release program on February 26 when the contraband was found.

Detention staff had first located a cell phone taped to Montiel's leg when he arrived at the jail.

During a further search of Montiel's person, staffers discovered a sex toy taped to his waist.

Police asked Montiel why he brought the items to the jail.

Montiel said "he had tried to bring the cell phone in so he could play games," according to the police report.

When asked about the sex toy, Montiel said "he did not have time to remove it prior to turning himself into the jail for work release," according to the police report.

Of course that faggot had something to hide:

U.S. District Judge Barbara Lynn granted a lengthy postponement for Price's trial on charges of corruption. Price's trial was set to begin January 19, 2016 more than a year after his first appearance in the case on July 24, 2014 with the earliest the trial could begin being September 6, 2016.[17] On June 24, 2016, U.S. District Judge Barbara Lynn pushed the trial date back to February 21, 2017 due to the amount of evidence the government accumulated, 9.2 terabytes worth, and the time needed for the defense to sort through it all.[18]

John Wiley Price plead not guilty on Thursday, February 23, 2017. The trial then began on Monday, February 27.[19] On April 28, 2017 a jury found Price not guilty on several of the charges, and failed to reach a verdict on four others. On May 19, 2017, the United States Attorney's Office announced it would not continue the prosecution of Commissioner Price as it pertained to the remaining four counts.[20]

Commissioner Price was represented by Shirley Baccus-Lobel and Chris Knox.

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) -
A man is now in custody after a terrorizing crime spree through a central Phoenix neighborhood that left one man dead.

According to Sgt. Alan Pfohl with Phoenix police, officers were called to a residence near Third Avenue and McDowell at about 1:15 a.m. after a man set fire to the front door of a woman's home.

The 24-year-old woman told officers she was confronted by the man earlier as she arrived home from work. Pfohl said the woman continued to walk to her house and went inside.

The woman told police that a short time later, she heard a noise and opened her interior door. The man was on the porch pouring gasoline on the outer security door and porch. Pfohl said the suspect lit the door on fire and the victim immediately shut the interior door.

While the victim was calling her neighbor for help, the suspect broke in through the back door. Pfohl said the neighbor was able to help the victim leave the apartment and the suspect fled.

Pfohl said while officers were investigating this crime, an emergency call of a burglary was dispatched nearby. Officers responded and located the same suspect standing in the front yard of a home with blood on his clothes.

Officers made entry into the home where they found a 36-year-old man lying on the floor with critical injuries. He was later pronounced dead on scene. The male victim's wife was found hiding in the bedroom.
