Remember the Diebold scandal in the early 2000s? The testimony in front of Congress clearly identified the voting machines themselves could be programmed any which way and hacked. The gubmint denied these accusations and did nothing. Why? So they could manufacture a foreign agent infiltrating the system a decade later?
