The CPU doesn't have a stock cooler. The Rosewill is decent and quiet.

Rosewill products are shit and burn up. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is an excellent highly rated cpu cooler for $10 more.

The same Ram can be found in 2 8GB sticks for $50 cheaper. No point in buying 4 4GB sticks, especially considering the i7 6700k only supports dual channel
