I buy at auctions. I have only gone to a couple storage auctions, not really my thing, but I do look for deals at any auction where I can flip for profit. I am almost always just looking for a double up minimum but as I start building an online store, I may delve more into volume, depending if its the right products. Often times my profits range from 300-1000% I do most of my auction purchases online through specific auction houses, which means I am paying ~20.6% on top of the settle price, so I have to make sure my margins are spot on. In the future I plan to expand solely into selling lots at auction houses, but that is some time in the future when I have the right things in place to make it happen.

I also participate in what I call real estate derivatives, which I will not elaborate on at the moment. Profits in that for me range anywhere from 5% to astronomical. For instance I am on the verge of flipping 2k into 100k on one deal. The downside on this investment strategy is it can take up to 3.5 years to see minimal to maximum profit, but I only invest money I can live without for that period of time. This is what a portion of my small business is based on foundation wise.

Of course I also day trade and purchase/ sell commodities from time to time.

selling online, ad revenue, gambling on location (legit) , I pretty much get paid to sit in a nice chair and push buttons. sip liquor and listen to music.
I wanted to get into more evil things, but i thought It was not worth the life sentence.

sidenote
Also there is a lot of money in porn. ad revenue and DVD sales. selling subscrptions to horny bastards online. etc

I want to make my money in dark sinister ways. but nothing that will land me in jail.

Also if you pay me enough I'll kill anyone for you.
Well just kidding! on that one. once again tons of jail time for that business.
Yes i want to say that was only a Joke is the demons eye is watching the Evil Boss.

I like the way you do business. I used to dabble in real estate but can't say what I did. I was more behind the scene got my cut at the end. Sat in a nice chair while drinking vodka, doing computer stuff and cell phone. But things changed has to leave it. still i wish i had that gig. It was so easy even though i had to be up kind of early for it. but was only a few hour work a day. By noon was sipping cold beers at the local bar.

I do the Navy Reserves now that I left active duty. One weekend per month and I get paid to essentially sit there and pleasure read or work out the entire day. I do it primarily for the medical insurance. It's only $200 per month for my entire family vice the nearly $500 I was paying through my current job during the interim between leaving active duty and officially getting into the reserves.

I have many side hustles I could do but so little time. Graphic design, photo+ video, web development, mobile apps, illustration, technical writer, consulting in a few areas. I'm thinking of starting a firm that can do some or all this for companies so that they don't have to look for different companies according to their needs.

Getting real estate license now. I own two small biz that take up most of my time. Figured I'd get my license cuz I can probably move a few houses a year without too much effort. +50k a year.
My income streams:
2 small biz
Stocks
Sports betting
2 income properties (working on a 3rd)
And 1/2 way thru getting RE license.

I couldn't imagine working 9-5, traffic, a shitty boss, ect

More power to you breh. I don't work a 9-5 per se, I only work 14 days a month on average not including PTO, PA and floating holidays and my boss hasn't been there for 3 months. Plus, I moved 10 miles further about 2 months ago yet my commute is less lol. I really can't complain. At that yob I am on pace for $140k this year not to mention they already paid $7k in education and will be paying another $50k over two years that I don't have to pay for at all. Though, with that all said, I do look forward to working for myself full time.

I aint got time for side hustles.

I work way more than 9-5. Many times its 8-6 with an after work or weekend event mixed in. And have plenty of bosses to report to.

But I am at $250,000 cash compensation with another $55,000 put into my retirement accounts. I also get my country club membership paid for and a $450 car allowance.

Stop worrying about the side hustle and put more effort into your main hustle. In addition to the $55,000, I put $18,000 of my cash compensation into my 401-K. At that rate, I will have about $5MM around 62 with the mortgage paid off and no debt.

I own a grow shop which is my 9-5, more like 9-8 really. But I have employees so I can take time off, or really never go in at all if I wanted to, but like all small business the more time and energy I put into it the better we do. I also book concerts. That's up and down $ wise. I've made $2000 off a show, but I've also broke even or lost on some, but really it's more of a hobby than anything. I'm getting into tour managing and artist management now. It was something that kind of happened organically, I never went out looking for it, people just kept asking me and I think it can work. And I really have nothing to lose. I sell on ebay a lot too. Last year I made about 10k on there. Profit. My gross sales were like 18k. I do consulting for "mostly" legal grows too. And although I know my knowledge is money or whatever I usually do it cheap or free if they buy their products from my store. My goal is to retire by 45. Although I like spending money as much or more than I like making it so we'll see.

Congrats, glad your hard work is paying off (I mean that) but you still aren't anyone to be telling others what to do or not do. Sometimes those side hustles can turn in to more lucrative full time opportunities or hands off streams of income. For example doing the auction thing on the side gained me a connection that put me up on a better way to make money and how to acquire material to go into just selling at auctions versus buying at them and flipping later. This, when the time is right, will allow me to not only substantially grow my profits, but also allow me to provide jobs for others, while I eventually will be able to sit back and net profits.....Also my real estate derivatives takes little to no time and my gains will be exponential in that and in no way interferes with my other ventures or current employment commitment. So point being, it's easy to sit and tell someone else what they should and shouldn't do when things are good for you where you at but you don't know the particulars of anyone or for anyone else.
