I have to stop taking ephedrine and modafinil. Mainly ephedrine though. Ephedrine clearly brings out disturbing manic and frantic tendencies that I have and amplifies them to dangerous and nearly unstable levels. Especially if used consistently I don't like it. No one here likes it.

Also 200mg moda feels uncomfortable for like 4 hours, i can't really break focus from mundane distraction, then i zone out for like 12 hours and near the end i get really testy and irritable and unpleasant. 100mg feels much better and is way more manageable
