Check your emails/spam email. I just saw this one in my email: Spann v. J.C. Penney Corporation, Inc.
"The Court granted final approval of the Settlement, and thus we are providing an electronic Store Credit in the amount of 87.50 for the purchase of J.C. Penney products."
Just checked jc penney site and the amount was there.
