damn my stomach hurts like crazy. and i know its because im probably allergic to nitrites or nitrates or whatever that shit thats in pepperoni and salami and ham is. somewhere along the line in this weight loss thing i became allergic, im about 90% sure because whenever i eat beef jerky now my gums get extremely irritated to the point where they feel sore and almost like they're bleeding even though they're not. ill have to floss the beef jerky out and that shit will be super irritated. beef jerky is completely loaded with nitrates. plus so is cheap grocery store meat and i notice it's starting to do the same thing to my gums too especially pork.
