No. Popeyes is clearly known for being a cajun restaurant and those red beans and rice pretty much make the place what it is; it's a southern style red beans and rice that tastes like cajun style smoked beans, like hamhock and smoked pork.

KFC is known for their original recipe chicken and their secret blend of herbs and spices.

Theres this New Orleans guy over here. He claimed he grew up in the 8th ward. He had a food stand and sold rice with red beans and alligator meat balls. I tried that shit...no good. Tasteless...
