I agree with your point, it's stupid for people to invest in something with no return and that depreciates very quickly. I just don't agree with the "is a succa" part because I don't think you own a vehicle nicer than a 2016 Cadillac, or a house valued at more than 500k. Sometimes circumstances call for having to lease a vehicle, it's just the way it is.

All vehicles I've ever owned I bought cash.
