Thats why im so fat even tho I hike anywhere from 9 to 15 km a day through deadfall and up and down slopes that are anywhere from 0 - 60 degrees.
If i had to walk that much all the time id be super hungry. I'd probably go into those small diners and order ridiculous amounts of food; "Yeah the fried chicken strips and fries, and also a double cheeseburger with bacon no mayonnaise, and also a BLT sammich, yes mayo, a slice of apple pie ala mode for dessert, and a diet coke"

I can't eat that much. I don't like feeling bloated after eating. I try to eat just enough to fill satisfied and no more than that. That's how come I'm not a super fat piece of shit even tho I don't count calories.

so is the garmin vivofit a better choice?
All those step counters are bullshit the only thing you need is a heartrate monitor to know you're in the right zone and not working too hard or too little. Those step counters and exercise counters will be like "Oh you walked 10miles today that's 3500 calories burned!" fuck no. Don't count exercise with those things they're probably like 90% off
And forget about a garmin anything shit probably has GPS in it to track you

I got more fucked up than ive been in months maybe years off that 100mg sparkling lemonade i drank on Wednesday morning. Shit was intense. I like how the drink hit me though if i do another drink its going to be like 30mg instead

One of the fitbits counts heart rate. I track myself with a handheld garmin because its mandatory. Tbh tho i dont give a fuck abt a fitbit but people i work with use them. Thats all i know.
