@BUTCHER 206 ive been walking an average of 12k a day through deadfall and thick brush going up and down hills all day. But I eat at restaurants every day. How long will it take me to be under 200lbs.

While I do like Rainier tbh fam if they had tall cans of High Life at QFC I would get that instead but they don't so I get Rainier.

It was alright. These prepackaged salads lack the flavor and probably the same level of nutrition vs buying your own kale and lettuce and sprouts and preparing them fresh; but i can't exactly do that at work. I mean actually i could ... I could just buy a cutting board and chef knife to leave up in the storage closet in the loft which has a large full sized kitchen and rinse everything and cut it up but I'm not really willing to. Maybe some day

Man what the fuck is going on crazy people/junkies been yelling outside a lot lately, much more than usual lol. Some dude is going on a nonsensical cussing tirade out there right now.

Then earlier today some guy was in the alley on the side of my apartment dancing and yelling about SpaghettiO's and UFOs for damn near a hour.
