This girl locked herself out and I don't have access to resident keys. I suggested a locksmith or hotel which is the standard procedure / protocol and she began to cry; hysterically. Normally I'd just open the loft but one of the concierge is sleeping up there, which is very annoying. The loft has a couch and big screen TV at least she'd be comfortable, but the concierge fucked it all up and I had to lie and say it's closed due to carpet cleaning. I don't even know why he sleeps here sometimes it's really weird and rather distasteful.
