we talked about making ginger tea with actual chunks of ginger and lemon and mint from the garden, and roasting tomatoes and roasting beets. I really want to roast some beets now its easy you can do it like potatoes i thought you had to skin them and chop them into quarters or eighths and it was this long ass pain in the ass process; nope, just throw that shit in the oven with some foil and olive oil like a potato and wait til its fork tender, wrap it and the steam will loosen the peel then open it and go at it
