Canelo going to stay at his imaginary weight class of 155 for as long as his body allows is my assumption. I hope I'm wrong and maybe there wide scorecards give him encouragement, but the reality is that fight was a close fight so idk what's going on in his head but I already know Oscar and Roach are 1000% against a Golovkin fight next, they made that clear, and Nelo has been saying he needs time to adjust to middleweight...even though he's now lineal middleweight champion but again, my assumption we'll see what happens.

Really I saw the exact same look on Canelo's face that was on Cotto's when asked about GGG. ---SHOOK.

I can't be mad at that though. GGG is not to be fucked with. If you can make money without him, its probably best for a 25 year old moving up in weight to keep his distance. Only problem is Canelo is the one who went after that middleweight title---chasing the devil so to speak.

Tonight should show everyone that Canelo and Cotto don't have the tools to fend GGG off. I didn't want to see Cotto fight him and don't want to see Saul do it.

Once GGG gets the belts he should defend a couple of times, vacate and move up. I can see him and Ward fighting in 2017, early part of it, if Ward can manage things on his end (moving back down in weight.)

Now, remember when Oscar said no to Lara? Canelo said yes. And Max mentioned it after the fight. Canelo is down as FUCK! But the powers that be, (HBO), want that fight later, in September. K2 and GBP I'm pretty sure talked about it and if they don't want a catchweight, they have to wait. Canelo will drop the belts not giving a fuck and will fight him later. Like I said, the belts don't mean shit no more thanks to what they have allowed Floyd and Haymon to get away with. CANELO POWER YOU FUCKIN HATERS

Pretty simple stuff, Canelo will puss out the fight with GGG even though hes a natural middleweight and he just beat someone whos a natural welterweight (147). Say what you want about Cotto but he had enough balls to get this far. How about Canelo? Btw from what im understanding Cotto got paid for this fight and didnt take any real damage. He can retire now if he wanted to

The thing is Golovkin can only get the lineal title by beating Canelo. He might get his WBC belt but that isn't lineal. I want the fight to happen because it's what's right, I mean Golovkin has been the #1 middleweight for a while now, he deserves his shot more than anyone.

I don't really know about Ward, I guess they're saying they signed a deal to fight Kovalev late 2016, after a couple more tuneups for Ward. So if he's going to be full time 175, no way GGG can go that high and Ward doesn't strike me as the kind of guy that would move down in weight, so it GGG ends up at 168 at some point would Ward be willing to drop back down? Maybe if Kovalev kicks his ass but who knows, first things first.

Word is Canelo wants Bradley next. Imagine that. Canelo vs Bradley for the lineal middleweight crown.

I agree about Cotto, I always felt he was fighting well put of his weight class even at 154, I was just upset the situation with the title.

Now, GBP has some fan friendly fights at 160 with Lemieux and Rosado, if he beats Clottey, at 160 with Canelo so if GGG gets his little brat on he gets the title like fuck it but no money for him. Canelo still gets his fights and his big money so fuck it if GGG wants to be a paper champ then so be it

Miura Vs. Vargas was such a dope fight. People are really sleeping on that fight, it was definitely one of the best fights this year. Miura almost gets KO'd in the first and survives - starts putting a beating on Vargas drops him in the 3rd and fucks his eye up - wobbles Vargas at the end of the 8th round and then Vargas comes right out and blows him away.

If Canelo/Cotto would've played out like that people would be losing their shit.

Dude Floyd spanked Canelo!!! WE dont need to compare them fighting Cotto. They went head up and all you mexicans thought he was gonna knock Floyd out and yet he got schooled and made look like a level E fighter lol. End of discussion! Also I don't know what to say about Rigo man, but he's always going to be that guy. If you don't come in on him and he can just beat you minimally he's also going to do that. I get the entertainment factor and people don't really like seeing that but it was a fight that just got scrapped together.

Hopefully like 2-0 said they can put him in there with a come forward fighter and he'll look better next time out. If only the Amagasa fight was on this PPV instead of the Francisco fight.

Canelo receives CRAZY scorecards.

Vs Austin Trout - this fight was super close, but it had retarded open scoring which had Canelo winning a wide decision. Fight was much closer than scores indicate.

Vs Mayweather - Floyd won virtually every second of every round yet one judge scored it a draw, giving Mayweather a split decision.

Vs Lara - fight could have gone either way. It was super close, I thought Canelo edged it, lots of people had it the other way. One of the judge had it 117-111 which was absurd.

Vs Cotto - another close fight, could have been a draw easily and yet score cards indicated Canelo dominated winning almost every round.

When will the Ginger bias end!

If he ever fights Golovkin I bet GGG can knock him the fuck out and only win a split decision lol

What's funny is that Azteca had Canelo losing the fight. What we want to see vs what is actually happening in the ring are 2 different things. Canelo and GGG are the only 2 boxers I see land serious body shots. Under Roach, Cotto was catching jabs with his right hand but a body shot from canelo in the first round made Cotto change his stance. He looked like the old Cotto and what happened? Canelo was landing uppercuts. Not as much as Floyd, but still enough to fuck Cotto up. I think GGG knows that and if them 2 were to fight, I would favor GGG, but Canelo has a legit shot because of his body punches. They both make their opponents back up on these punches and we need to realize that
