I like red robins the bottomless steak fries used to be good get a burger plus go through two trays of steak fries; and their seasoning salt is good i used to just dump that shit on. If you go again tell them it's your birthday have them sing you the red robin happy birthday song lol

Wait... They'll probably ask for id since i think they give you something free nevermind
Who else makes good burgers? Bare in mind I am in detoilet for the next 9 days.

I dunno, you'd probably have to go to yelp or urbanspoon and filter it by the area and see what's around there i can't really think of any other chains that would be there aside from all the usual suspects like maccas and burger king and jack in the box.

Maybe outback steakhouse, apple bees; steak n' shake if you can find one ive never been there. the best burgers will likely just be some tavern or little place that has a gas grill and uses freshly ground 80/20 chuck steak, id search through yelp

Step counter said ive walked 3.9miles at a rate of 2.7mph and that translates to 557 calories burned lol yeah right, that's a drastic over estimation of calories burned it's probably 1/3rd of that max. This is why a lot of ppl can't lose weight they think tjey burned this Olympic athlete amount of calories then justify eating twice that and cancel everything out and add on top of it.

For all intensive porpoises lets just round to maybe 200 calories burned, ~3 miles of brisk walking exercise aka about 1hr of brisk walking exercise whenever i actually do my job

Might try to remain consistent with this, for optimal heart health and circulation maximization, but if i start craving massive amounts of food and can't check myself then im going back to calorie counting only

Butcher I was listening to this podcast yesterday with Dr. Mark Gordon and he said a lot of inability to lose weight could be due to 3 different hormonal imbalances [testosterone/pituatary/HGH?] and once he corrected those in himself he lost like 150 lbs in 6 months

you may have some hormonal imbalances tbh fam
