Reviews #512This is Michael Mixerr. Today I will be reviewing my first project as an architect. My first project as an architect is building a boarding home/treatment program for autistic children. I will be naming the residential home Michael Mixerr's Academy for the Autistic. The 14-acre campus will be located in the heart of my hometown of Austin, Texas! I am so excited to share this project with you. This facility is specifically designed for children and young adults who have autism. They will be housed comfortably to an autistic-friendly home and staff members working there will be there to support the kids! Staff members who are experienced with helping autistic kids will be on location 24/7, so each resident will have personal attention. My personal goal for the Michael Mixerr's Academy for the Autistic is to inspire and enhance educational, functional, communicative, and social growth. Children will engage in various activities such as computer lessons, sports, arts & crafts, music, reading, etc.
As the brains behind this project, I cannot wait until the grand opening! More updates will be coming as soon with construction of the campus and boarding home under way.
