Lots of Asians here and it's cheap. They are like Russian roulette though they range from the worst teriyaki you've ever had in your life to some of the best.

This. Seattle has tons of Asians and they made bank cornering the cheap super filling quick lunch market with cheap teriyaki and cheap pho spots everywhere

Speaking of I hadn't been there since I stopped busing it work when I moved but @ they closed down the 2nd & Pike teriyaki spot. They used to have a deal where you got like literally a pound of teriyaki chicken with a bunch of rice for $3.99 and it was pretty good and of course for that price and location the place was always packed.
