Seems to be a good chunk of the west coast from what I just read, outages in Seattle too. Last time it happened in April in the Puget Sound I complained and got a good chunk of change off my bill. I'm at work right now and obviously still have internet here but I'm going to call and complain again tomorrow saying this is the 2nd time in as many months and get even more off.
