damn. whats the cost of living up there.

here's it runs around 500-750 a month, for a 2-3 bedroom
and for some nicer shit, it can run up to 800-1200+ a month. lol. nothing special here at all, im sure u can find some really nice shit, but idk where. this town is just too damn small


minimum wage in NE is barely 8.00, and 9 in 2016

haha..you cant even rent out a couch in someones living room for 500 in the bay area..sadly im not joking...theres ads on craiglist for like 900 a month to sleep in someones living room...you move up to shasta or trinity and you can get a big ass house with a mortgage payment under 1000 though...all these tech geek faggots ruined my life

fucking 2 bedroom in SJ is no lower than $1800 a month, & thats not even a nice place.

i hate paying 2k a month for a small ass condo, this rent situation is fucking ridiculous in the south bay.... shits fucking highway robbery.

yup I'm payin over 2300 for a 1 bedroom. but I'm on the coast so were moving to the east bay just to save 500. it'll still be almost 2k a month

Damn I feel for the brehs in the bay. I pay $1160 for a 1700 sq ft 3 bedroom "luxury" apartment in a nice ass rich people suburb neighborhood. I was paying $1000 but I fucked up and only signed a 6 month lease after my first lease cause I thought I was gonna move, ended up staying and that bumped it up $120 a month. Then I added one of their storage units which is $40.

Even after the added costs $1160 sounds like a steal for a big 3 bedroom with a storage unit compared to what folks in the bay pay.

This is my spot, yall are getting robbed lol

Oakland is hella expensive you got to pay $1500 a month for the privalage of ducking gunshots. All these old people paid off they're houses years ago and leave to there families that's the only reason it's so fucking ghetto
